A snagging inspection carried out at Cotswolds
The Brief
I was appointed to carry out a snagging inspection of the site’s showhome which was being purchased by a couple who were moving into the area, as they were not able to travel due to the amount of miles between their current and new home. They wanted to ensure that the showhome was reverted back to a fully functioning home ie the garage which was being used as the sales centre was changed back to it’s intended use.
The majority of showhomes are sold as seen and I was tasked with inspecting the property to ensure that any damage sustained fell within the accepted tolerance and report on any that didn’t.
