Clerk Of Works Site Inspection

I was appointed by the Employer’s Agent on this Housing Association development to cover Clerk of Works duties for a period of 8 weeks. This entailed checking the build at each stage to ensure works were carried out in line with Building Regulations and to the correct quality standards. Progress was monitored against the build programme and along with any issues raised, included in my report to all parties.
