Snagging Inspections

Mark's eye for detail and knowledge means the snagging inspection is a thorough process, benefitting the customer in ensuring their new home is in near perfect condition.

Clerk Of Works

Offering a Clerk of Works service, we can provide reassurance that works being carried out are in line with the Contract Documents and best practice.

Internal Wall Measuring

We are also able to offer a digital room measuring service, using laser distance meter. So this offers the perfect opportunity to check measure to ensure room sizes match layout plans.

Acoustic Report

Sound Insulation Testing (also referred to as pre-completion testing and acoustic testing) is required on all new build (providing robust details haven’t been adopted) and converted dwellings that have separating walls or floors.

Thermal Imaging

A thermal imaging camera takes infrared images that we use to identify thermal differences (differences in temperature) within the building or its fabric. Please note this is a thermal image check and not a thermal survey.
