Thank you Mark for his professional service. The snagging report is very comprehensive, from outside to inside of the house, very detail explained which is out of my expectations. Never thought about there is problem until Mark was pointing them out.
The developer was trying to persuade me not to do a snagging report and said it’s just wasting money and time, comparing with the house price, the snagging cost is just a tiny bit and it’s also very reasonable, you will never regret to do this. It’s worth to spend this money even it only found one serious problem, this could save you a lot to fix a hidden problem in the future.

I’ve also learnt a lot of building knowledge from Mark, he answered every question with his professional knowledge, at the same time, he is a funny guy and we all have a great time during his visit.
To summarise the overall experience, it’s well worth the money."
