Professional Snagging Inspections
During the snagging inspection, our expertise in the role provides an experienced background into the provision of quality assessments through the allowance of a thorough understanding of the build process.

These inspections are available to complement the completion, 7 day and 28 day courtesy visits from the developer and a follow up 2 year end of warranty inspection can also be completed.

Our Simple 4 Step Snagging Process
1. Book With Ease
Following discussions and advice, once you have decided to book an appointment with us, you will receive confirmation via email with all of the information relating to the booking.
2. Inspection Visit
Upon arriving at your appointment Mark will explain the next steps so that you know what to expect. Mark's inspections are a thorough top to tail inspection of every component of your home including all external elements and the quality of both materials and workmanship. He will check that all items are within the Consistent Approach to Finishes and report any defects that do not fall within the accepted tolerance level.
3. Inspection Report
Once the inspection is complete, Mark will finalise your report, which is photo illustrated, annotated and contains a detailed description of the defect, showing the location of the fault. The photo is date and time stamped, which provides a useful tool in sourcing rectification with the developer. An invoice is issued and upon payment receipt, the full report will be issued to you within 24 hours for you to hand to the developer for resolution.
4. Back Snag
MAH Inspections Ltd also offer a back snag service, whereby if you wish us to book a return visit following the issue of our report and resolution by the developer, this can be arranged and we can make sure that all of the defects we raised have been rectified to the correct standards.
