A snagging inspection carried out at Stratford Upon Avon.
The Brief
The customer was purchasing a new build property on a small development of 3 homes. The property had been completed and had stood empty for 18 months and I was asked to complete a snagging inspection to ensure that the overall quality of workmanship and materials used were in line with current regulations.
The report highlighted some areas for concern and the customer was able to enter negotiations with the developer to have them rectified.
